The GSST secretariat offices are physically closed

 
Due to the coronavirus situation, the offices of the GSST secretariat in Ny Munkegade are physically closed from 12 March 2020 and – until further notice – to 13 April 2020.

All PhD partners are working from home, so PhD students and supervisors are encouraged to contact their relevant PhD partner by e-mail if they have any questions or concerns regarding PhD studies that need to be addressed.

Danish Visa Application Centres in China have closed temporarily

Due to the outbreak of coronavirus, all Danish Visa Application Centres in China have closed temporarily. It is therefore not possible to handle matters e.g. regarding visa or residence permits for Denmark while in China. We ask that you stay updated on the New to Denmark website and contact the GSST if this affects your PhD studies in any way.

There is concern that the new coronavirus that recently broke out in China might spread to Denmark. AU encourages all employees to monitor updates from the relevant authorities.
